Valliant Consulting Group has been providing Human Resources Consulting services since 1999. We specialize in HR consulting for Tribal governments, Tribal casinos, Native American entities, and public sector organizations. Our services include:

Classification and Compensation Systems

The Valliant Team works with you to create an effective compensation strategy that matches your organizational goals and objectives. We conduct competitive market surveys to establish salary ranges, schedules, and structures for the entire organization. Our professionals review your compensation policies to ensure they align with your strategic goals and objectives. We also conduct audits of the whole compensation program to make market-based recommendations.

Recruitment Services

Valliant Consulting Group is not your typical “head-hunter.” We partner with your organization or HR department in hiring the “right” candidate for the position. Our recruitment services include:

  • reviewing and revising the job description
  • recommending a marketable salary range to attract the best applicants
  • developing a job posting strategy and budget
  • writing the job postings for a variety of mediums
  • conducting pre-employment screening and interviewing
  • managing communication with all applicants.

Our fees are typically fixed price and depend on the number/type of positions.

For policies and procedures to be effective, they should be defined in a manual and answer the following criteria:

  • Does it reflect current practices?
  • Are policies written so employees can clearly understand them?
  • Is the manual consistent with applicable laws and regulations?
  • Do employees think the policies are reasonable and rational?
  • Do all employees have access?

A Human Resources Policy Manual serves as an effective management tool and should be a legally defensible document. The Valliant Team works with your organization to create, review, and update a Human Resources Policy Manual that meets the criteria defined above. We provide a review of the full manual or provide recommendations if you only need help with one or two policies.
