Stacie Jackson

Stacie Jackson, Managing Partner, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), SHRM–CP, MBA, provides strategic leadership, oversees business operations and financial performance, supports client and team relationships, and drives Valliant’s growth and long-term success. She also serves as the compensation expert on the Valliant Team and provides knowledge and insight into market conditions and is responsible for building best-in-class compensation systems to support long-term success. Stacie brings 15 years of experience in human resources and compensation. She has led major compensation initiatives for tribal and county governments, non-profit organizations, hospitality services, higher education institutions, healthcare centers, and a global Fortune 500 company. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has taught college courses in Human Resources to undergraduate students at the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Business, one of the elite 6% of business schools worldwide to hold AACSB accreditation. She is a skilled educator and presenter who focuses on passing on her compensation expertise so our clients can understand, adopt, and maintain effective compensation systems moving forward.
