She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Puget Sound and her MBA from the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Management. Throughout her career, Grace has led HR teams across diverse sectors, including nonprofits and technology. Her extensive experience encompasses various aspects of human resources, such as strategic planning, compensation and benefits management, performance management, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Grace was named a 2024 Woman of Influence by Albuquerque Business First.
